For a refund to be approved, the product must be returned in the following conditions:

• In perfect physical and functional condition;

• Accompanied by all original accessories and components;

• In the original packaging or equivalent that ensures adequate protection during transit.

3. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Personalized products (e.g., engraved with your pet's name), unless they have a manufacturing defect;

• Products returned outside the legal 14-day period, unless covered by the manufacturing defect warranty.
